Savannah Indie Culture

This was a 9-week long ethnographic research project focused on the Savannah Indie Culture.  The goal was to uncover design opportunities within this unique group with the help of deep insights derived from user-centered research.  One key finding was the drive for authenticity and real experiences with contrasted the carefully crafted image that is marketed to 'outsiders'  One of the hurdles is the lack of communication between the creative community and the government. Below you will find a link to the RAS report which outlines our investigation from shadowing, gathering artifacts, the war wall process, midterm Gallery Presentation, and synthesized insights.

Update: As of May 29, 2013 our findings have been presented and implemented into the next stages which is aimed at closing the communication void between Savannah's Creative Community and local government policy makers.
