BEHIND THE APRON: A PÂTISSIER'S DWELLING

 

As part of my core Themed Entertainment coursework, I took an interior design presenation course that taught me how interior designers are able to visually convey a space.  The course started with creating scaled elevations and floor plans on trace paper, and then evloved into bringing the drawing into photoshop to add details.  The course finished with a presentation board about a condo space.  I gave it the story of a patissier's dwelling.
